SHIPPING & RETURNS

 The inventory of all items offered on the Site is limited and it is possible that at the time of purchase the requested item will not be available. TAMU reserves the right to change and/or remove the list of items offered for purchase or close the Site’s online store at any time and at its sole discretion and nothing herein shall be deemed as an obligation to offer any items for sale.
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order.
TAMU will not be liable or responsible for any difficulties or failures in processing and transferring your payment.
After a purchase is processed and payment is received by TAMU, we will make reasonable efforts to dispatch your order within 2 buissines days from the time you’ve placed your order .
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail including carrier and tracking number information.
Shipping and expected delivery dates are displayed at our website at any time With the help of your tracking number. The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your delivery address.
Shipping rates do not include import fees that could be charged when the package reaches your destination country.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, TAMU will not be liable or responsible for any damage, loss or delay due to a default or failure in shipment. You hereby acknowledge that in respect of any such shipment related claim you may contact the third party carrier subject to its terms and conditions.
    You will choose the shipping country at checkout. All prices and delivery charges will be adjusted depending on the country you would like your items shipped to. Orders on the Site may be limited to certain distribution regions and the services may not be available in certain countries.

  • TAMU will package and ship your order as soon as we get credit card authorization and verification. Please note that we only sell items that we have in stock. Garments may sell out during the shopping session, and stock availability will be updated once you reach the checkout.
    TAMU is not responsible for any delays caused by matters not under its full direct control, including without limitation due to destination customs clearance processes, delays caused by the shipping company etc.
  • If a delivery suffers a delay or if the delivery cannot be fully dispatched or only partially due to the goods not being in stock or other reasons, TAMU will make reasonable efforts to inform the consumer about this as quickly as possible. In this case, the consumer will be given the option to terminate the agreement, free of charge. In the case of termination in accordance with this paragraph, TAMU will refund the consumer with the sum paid, at the latest within 30 days after termination. The place of delivery is deemed to be the address that the consumer makes known to TAMU at the time of registration and/or placing the order.
  • Product prices are displayed exclusive of all other taxes and duties. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country. You will be solely responsible for payment of any and all taxes, duties and levies imposed by any relevant jurisdiction, including customs duties and value added tax, which are applicable to your order and its shipment to you.

Delivery time

TAMU will make reasonable efforts to have the most efficient shipping carrier for your order and deliver all orders within 3-14 business days from the day you received the shipping confirmation.

Prices and currencies

TAMU offers the following currencies: USD & EUR & NIS . The currency is based on the shipping country that you choose in the checkout process and will be clearly stated before the final payment. TAMU cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the currencies we offer to other currencies.

All prices and shipment costs may change from time to time without prior notice. The applicable price in respect of a specific purchase is the price presented on the Site upon completion of the purchase.

Uncollected packages

If the third party carrier will fail to ship and/or the shipment will be delayed as a result of your unavailability at the time of shipment and/or inaccuracies in the details provided by you to TAMU or the third party carrier, TAMU may charge you with additional shipment and service costs. Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by TAMU. We will charge you for the cost of return shipping and administrative costs.

 

If you purchased an item on the Site and wish to cancel the transaction, you may do so by submitting a cancelation request to [https://www.TAMUPANTS.com] subject to the following terms and conditions and TAMU will make reasonable efforts to refund the price paid (not including the costs for the first shipment) within reasonable time, after deduction of shipment costs, service fees and expenses as permitted by law. Following are the conditions for cancelation

 you may send TAMU a cancelation request within seven (7) business days from the day you received the item with a copy of the receipt and/or order reference to the aforementioned email, the cancelation request must specify the order number, purchased item, price paid and reason for cancelation;

 the items must be returned with all labels and price tags attached accompanied by the return mail. cancelation is subject to returning the item in its original state to TAMU, you may not cancel your purchase if the item was used, worn, damaged, altered or washed;

 the items are required to be accompanied by original tags;

 you may not cancel any purchase of items that may be copied, recorded or duplicated unless they arrived packed and you did not open their package. We prefer that items are returned through DHL to ensure they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure transport.

Costs for return

TAMU  is not responsible for shipping costs that may occur regarding the return of a product. You may use TAMU return label at the cost of 10$. if you choose to do so you require to e-mail us about it. TAMU will make reasonable efforts to refund for returned products (subject to the conditions detailed above) as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after we receive the returned products. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order in question. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge that may incur will not be refunded by TAMU.

EXCHANGES

Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size and color, subject  to the return policy detailed above. All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge. Should you be interested in an alternative style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at  TamuPants.com.

Sale items are non-exchangeable but can be returned for a full refund.
